This Precious Metals KPI Dashboard includes seven essential worksheets, each serving a specific purpose to help you monitor and manage your operations more effectively:
Home Sheet
Serves as the central index for the entire dashboard, providing six navigation buttons for easy access to the other sheets.
Dashboard Sheet Tab
Displays all critical KPI data, allowing users to select the month from a drop-down menu in Range D3. It automatically updates the data on the dashboard for the selected month, including MTD, YTD, Target vs Actual, and Previous Year vs Actual comparisons. Conditional formatting with up and down arrows helps to visualize performance trends.
KPI Trend Sheet Tab
Allows users to select KPIs from a drop-down menu and track their historical trends over time. The sheet provides details such as KPI Group, Unit of Measurement, KPI Type, Formula, and KPI Definition.
Actual Numbers Sheet Tab
Users can input actual numbers for both MTD and YTD for the selected month. Changing the month in Range E1 automatically updates the data for the new month.
Target Sheet Tab
Users enter the target figures for each KPI, both MTD and YTD, which are then compared to actual performance.
Previous Year Numbers Sheet Tab
Stores data from the previous year to facilitate year-over-year performance comparisons, helping to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
KPI Definition Sheet Tab
Provides a reference guide for all KPIs, including KPI Name, KPI Group, Unit of Measurement, Formula, and Definition. This ensures clarity and transparency in how each KPI is calculated and monitored.
