Key Features of the Product Launch KPI Dashboard
Our Product Launch KPI Dashboard comes with a pre-built, ready-to-use template that allows you to effectively track your product launch’s performance. It is designed to help you assess the progress in real-time, compare targets with actual results, and make timely adjustments. Here are the key features of the dashboard:
Home Sheet:
The central index for easy navigation. It includes six clickable buttons that take you directly to the respective sheets for effortless management of data.
Dashboard Sheet Tab:
The main visual area where all the critical KPIs are displayed. You can select the desired month from a dropdown, and the dashboard will update to reflect the relevant data for Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) performance. The dashboard shows comparisons between Target vs. Actual and Previous Year vs. Actual, with clear visual indicators like up and down arrows.
KPI Trend Sheet Tab:
Easily select any KPI from the dropdown to view the associated KPI Group, Unit, Formula, and its definition. This tab provides an understanding of whether the KPI needs to be higher or lower for optimal results.
Actual Numbers Sheet Tab:
A data entry sheet for recording the actual figures for both MTD and YTD performance. The month can be adjusted by simply changing the value in Range E1.
Target Sheet Tab:
This tab allows users to input target numbers for each KPI, whether for MTD or YTD, giving a benchmark for comparison.
Previous Year Numbers Sheet Tab:
Here, you can enter the data for the previous year, which will be compared to current figures, allowing for performance tracking over time.
KPI Definition Sheet Tab:
In this sheet, you can enter detailed descriptions for each KPI, including its name, group, unit, formula, and the KPI definition, ensuring clarity for all users.
